Oh the joys of mothering boys!
I had asked the boys, Isaac and Andrew, to go and pick up the masive pile of legos on their floor. They obliged and about five minutes later Isaac came out laughing. As a mother of young boys I have learned that laughter followed by "mom look at this" can yield surprising results. Sure enough, Isaac faked a sneeze and a lego flew out of his nose. By the look on his face I could tell he thought that it was so cool and a great idea. I told him gross, don't put things up in your nose. After that he said Andrew tried it but his lego got stuck in his nose. I called Andrew out and performed a small lego removal from his left nostral. The things that you don't realize come with the job!

Why do boys do this? I have never understood the desire to stick something up your nose?
I find this very funny. But I would not want to fish a lego out of anyones nose. Sarah you get props for being a great mother! If my kids got something stuck up their nose I think I would just leave it there as a (natural) consequence.
